The silicon carbide rod is a fine shaft part of the building. Do not replace it blindly. Check it in time to prevent it from being damaged or broken during operation and damaging the machine. Here are the precautions for replacing the silicon carbide rod

1. The replacement of silicon carbide rollers should preferably be carried out when the kiln is shut down or at low temperature (below 800 ℃), which can ensure safety and long service life of the replaced rollers. The number of broken rollers at one place should not exceed two. Otherwise, it must be replaced urgently, or even the kiln should be shut down immediately

2. In the actual operation process, for various reasons, we can not immediately cool down and burn or shut down the kiln to replace the roll bar, but replace the broken roll bar while firing normally. At this time, we should take out the new roll bar (with the same model as the broken roll bar), plug the fire-resistant cotton at one end of the new roll bar, and install the spring at the other end; Then take out a roll bar in the 400-500 degree area, and change the new roll bar to preheat for 20-30 minutes (the end of the refractory cotton plugged is inserted into the drive side), or install the roll bar in the 400-500 degree area in advance for replacement

3. The length of refractory cotton to be inserted into the new roller is L, which is the thickness of the kiln wall; The initial depth of the cotton plug is L+L1, that is, the thickness of the kiln wall plus the exposed side of the porcelain tube; The end depth of cotton plug is L1, that is, the side of the exposed kiln wall of the porcelain tube The new porcelain pipe is only filled with the fire-resistant cotton at one end of the drive, and the fire-resistant cotton at the other end will be filled after being installed

4. Take out the broken silicon carbide roller rod, and plug the brick hole with refractory cotton temporarily to save heat overflow and cold air entry; The porcelain tube on the drive side needs to be removed before taking out the drive gear or pushing it into the kiln (note that the broken roller bar must fall below the horizontal plane of the roller bar and cannot hinder the operation of the kiln plate), and then be cleaned after the kiln is stopped. Pay special attention to be careful when taking out the roller bar to prevent the roller bar from breaking and scalding personnel due to rapid cold

5. Take out the preheated new roll bar, and slowly insert the end of the refractory cotton into the broken roll bar while rotating. Be careful not to insert too fast and keep rotating

6. When the roller bar is inserted into the kiln wall on the drive side, do not rush to install the drive gear. First, plug the crack of the porcelain tube with a refractory cotton, and continue to rotate the porcelain tube continuously. After the porcelain tube head on the drive side is cooled to a certain temperature, install the drive gear, and then install the porcelain tube gently into the steel sleeve, so as to avoid the damage caused by rapid cooling when the hot porcelain tube contacts the steel sleeve. Pay attention to that the drive gear must be installed correctly and horizontally, Keep the same distance with the adjacent front and rear drive gears

7. After the installation of the new roller rod, the cracks between the two ends of the roller rod and the kiln wall shall be filled with refractory cotton, and the cracks between the lower side of the porcelain tube and the kiln wall shall be filled with refractory cotton. At the same time, the end of the roller rod that has not been filled with refractory cotton shall be filled with cotton, and the depth of the cotton plug shall refer to the requirements of point 3. Finally, check whether the spring falls on the bearing, and write the date and time of replacement on one end of the porcelain tube with a marking pen, Model and serial number of porcelain tube

8. Record the date, time, model, quantity, location, sequence number of broken rolls and bars, the date and time of the last replacement of broken rolls and bars, and the person in charge on duty in the Special Record Book for Broken Rolls and Bars. Note: the continuous fracture caused during the replacement of porcelain tubes must also be recorded in detail

9. Take out the broken roll bar for observation (roll bar model, fracture position, wear, thickness, density, and other abnormalities), analysis, research, and report to the superior so as to take effective control and improvement measures
